1. The 0% p.a. introductory promotional interest rate is only available on new purchases only after your application is approved. New purchases made in the subsequent six-month period from/after the first purchase on your Card will be subject to the promotional interest rate. After the six-month introductory period, the interest rate for purchases will revert to the prevailing interest rate at that time. Any balances transferred from your existing American Express Card and any cash advances are excluded from the 0% p.a. introductory promotional interest rate. Interest rates are current as at 1 October 2011 and subject to change, including charges under our Interest Rate Policy. 8. To enrol in your complimentary Priority Pass membership you must complete and submit the Priority Pass enrolment form. The first 2 visits within each 12-month membership period are complimentary to the Basic Card member only, after which every visit would be charged as per the prevailing rates, currently USD27 per person. Any accompanying guests will be charged USD27 per visit, which will be automatically charged on the Card member's American Express Platinum Reserve Credit Card. Unused visits cannot be carried forward to the following year of membership. The number of free visits will be reset to 2 per each 12-month period. Renewal terms and conditions are at the discretion of Priority Pass Ltd.

Membership of the relevant airline rewards program is the Cardmember's responsibility and membership of, and points in that program are subject to that program's Terms and Conditions. A joining fee may apply. The redemption of Membership Rewards points will be administered solely by American Express and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program. You must redeem a minimum of 5, 000 points (applicable to Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, Cathay Pacific Asia Miles and Thai Airways International Royal Orchid Plus), 2,000 points (applicable to Air New Zealand Airpoints, Velocity Rewards and Virgin Atlantic Flying Club) or 500 points for Malaysia Airlines Enrich Miles and redeem Membership Rewards points in whole numbers.
18. Points may be redeemed by the Basic Card member for a credit on the Primary Card Account. American Express may decline a Points for Credit request where the Card Account or Card member's other accounts with American Express are not in good standing. The redemption of Points for Credit will be administered solely by American Express within 3 business days and cannot be reversed. Redeeming Points for Credit is not available for redemption by Corporate Card accounts and is not redeemable for cash via Credit balance refund.
19. Purchases must be charged in full to your American Express Platinum Reserve Credit Card. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
