Card Services is a division of Macquarie Bank Limited ABN 46 008 583 542 and is the issuer of the Jetstar Credit Card. Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd ABN 33 069 720 243 is the redemption partner of the Jetstar Credit Card.
1. Interest rates are variable, subject to change and Card Services credit criteria. The current rate for Cash Advances is 21.24% for the Jetstar MasterCard and the Jetstar Platinum MasterCard.
2. Jetstar Dollars Program is provided by Card Services, and is subject to the Jetstar Dollars Program Terms and Conditions. Jetstar Dollars can be accrued up to a maximum spend of $50,000 per year on the Jetstar MasterCard� which is equivalent to 500 Jetstar Dollars; And $100,000 for Jetstar Platinum MasterCard which is equivalent to 2,000 Jetstar Dollars. Jetstar Dollars will accrue wherever you use your Jetstar MasterCard or Jetstar Platinum MasterCard card or Account to eligible purchase goods or services in accordance to the Jetstar MasterCard and Jetstar Platinum MasterCard Conditions of Use. Jetstar Dollars do not accrue on cash advances, government charges, interest and other bank fees and charges (including any GST payable on any of these), special promotions such as balance transfers, transactions made in operating a business, transactions that are reversed (refunds) , foreign exchange purchases gambling chip purchases and payments for credit card protection insurance. Jetstar Dollars do not have any monetary value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Jetstar flight vouchers are issued by Jetstar Airways Pty Limited ABN 33 069 720 243 and will be automatically emailed to you once you have qualified for a $100 flight voucher for Jetstar MasterCard cardholders, or a $200 flight voucher for Jetstar Platinum MasterCard cardholders. Your Jetstar flight vouchers will be emailed to the last email address you have provided to us. Jetstar flight vouchers are redeemable up to the value stated for Jetstar flights only, which includes Jetstar fares, taxes, fees and other charges associated with normal Jetstar internet or telephone reservation bookings. Travel must be booked within 3 months from the date of your Jetstar flight voucher is issued and travel must be commenced and completed within 6 months from the date your Jetstar flight voucher is issued. All travel is subject to availability at the time of booking, the fares quoted at the time of booking and Jetstar�s Conditions of Carriage. Unless otherwise stated by Jetstar, airfares are non-refundable. Limited changes are permitted and charges may apply. See www.jetstar.com for further details. 3. The 0%pa interest rate applies only to balances transferred with this offer at the time of application from the date the account is approved. Minimum repayments are required. Transferred balances will be repaid first. Discounted interest rate applies to the balance transferred for the first 6 months from the date your account is approved, and then reverts to the standard variable interest rate for purchases which is currently 12.74%pa for Jetstar MasterCard�; and 19.74%pa for Jetstar Platinum MasterCard. Subject to change and Card Services credit criteria. For further details refer to the Balance Transfer Terms and Conditions.
4. Flight bookings made through Jetstar.com, Flights Plus, Flights Plus activity, Telephone reservation or Preset Holiday packages will not incur a card payment fee. Any flight booking made through any channel other than Jetstar.com or Jetstar call centre will incur a card payment fee and/or other charges may apply. Clicking through Jetstar.com to a white label site (ie: �Hotels� tab) may also incur a third party card payment fee. Based on credit card payment fee of $3 per passenger per domestic flight and $5 per passenger per international flight.
5.Concierge services are provided by AXA Assistance Australia Pty Ltd ABN 22 086 648 464. You are liable to pay for any goods or services that you request.
6. Macquarie Bank Limited (ABN 46 008 583 542) (MBL) has obtained Jetstar Platinum MasterCard Overseas Travel Insurance under Master Policies issued by American Home Assurance Company, ABN 67 007 483 267, AFSL 230903 trading in Australia as Chartis (Chartis). This insurance cover is subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions contained in Part 2 of the Jetstar Platinum MasterCard Condition of Use document and may be amended from time to time. You should read the terms and conditions carefully to ensure the covers meet your needs.
7. To be covered by MasterCard Zero Liability, you must ensure: a) You have exercised vigilant care in safeguarding your Card from risk of loss, theft, or unauthorised use; b) You immediately and without delay notify Card Services upon discovery of the loss, theft, or unauthorised use; c) You have not reported two or more incidents of unauthorised use in the preceding 12 months; d) Your account is in good standing; e) You have complied with the Conditions of Use.
