1. To earn points using your NAB Qantas Credit Card Account, you must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. A joining fee applies. Membership and points are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. For more information visit qantas.com/frequentflyer.

Eligible purchases exclude cash advances (including bills paid over the counter at a bank, financial institution or post office and purchases of travellers cheques) or when the card is used as a debit card to access linked accounts or transactions we decide are wholly or partlyfor a business purpose. Also excludes fees and charges (including government fees and charges), interest charges, transactions which are disputed, fraudulent or involve abuse of your credit card account, payments and purchases which are refunded or reimbursed.

4. Under the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, you remain an active member and your points in the Qantas Frequent Flyer program will not expire so long as you have earned or redeemed points through your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership account in the last 36 months. 5. You will earn 1 Bonus Point for every dollar charged to your Card Account for the purchase in Australia of the following services directly from Qantas (i.e. where Qantas, and not its agent, is identified as the merchant on the credit card transaction):

• Purchases from “Qantas Travel” customer shopfronts.

10. The primary cardholder is responsible for all transactions (including transactions on linked accounts) conducted with the additional card(s). Additional cardholder must be aged 16 years and older.
