Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to apply for the Qantas American Express Business Card. Cards are offered, issued and administered by American Express® Australia Limited. 1. You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem points. A joining fee applies. Membership and points are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. Membership is only open to individuals. There may be tax implications associated with your participation in Qantas Frequent Flyer program - check with your accountant or tax advisor for further information. Your Qantas Frequent Flyer points will be transferred automatically each month to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account. Points cannot be transferred outside of the monthly points transfer process.
2. No pre-set spending limit does not mean unlimited spending. Your purchases are approved based on a variety of factors, including current spending patterns, your payment history, credit records, and financial resources known to us.
3. Depending upon when you make a purchase, when your statement is issued and whether or not you are carrying forward a balance on your account from your previous statement period. Charges to your account must be paid in full by the due date of your statement. There are no interest free days on Cash Advances or Express Cash™.
4. Selected Qantas products and services are: (a) Qantas passenger flights with a QF flight number and Qantas Club and Qantas Frequent Flyer memberships purchased on the Qantas merchant account, i.e. directly with Qantas or some travel agents, (b) purchases from Qantas Travel shops; Excludes Qantas Freight, Qantas Holidays, Jetset Travelworld, Qantas Business Travel, and Qantas branded non-airfare products operated by third parties, e.g. Qantas Box Office. Subject to Terms and Conditions.

7. Figures sourced from qantas.com on 1 September 2009 and reflect the number of points required for a return Qantas economy Sydney to Melbourne flight (including surcharges, fees and taxes) under the Qantas Classic Award (22,000 points). Classic Award seats are subject to capacity controls and availability is limited. Some flights may not have any Classic Award seats available. Award flights must be booked at least 24 hours before scheduled departure (and other advance booking requirements may apply).
8. The points required for Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Awards are variable and are only valid when quoted. There is no fixed relationship between the cash price charged by the applicable airline for a seat and the points required to redeem an Any Seat Award through Qantas Frequent Flyer. Not all special promotional fares are available as Any Seat Awards. Award flights must be booked at least 24 hours before scheduled departure (and other advance booking requirements may apply). 9. Please note that where a transaction is flagged as a mixed supply transaction, or the requirements of the relevant Australian Taxation Office ruling are not satisfied for a transaction, you must obtain a tax invoice to support your GST claims.
